Confirming

Reply OK to confirm your appointment, or NO to cancel it. If we don't hear back from you we may release the time to someone else. Reminders come from 0420 165 450 — you can save it below.

Running late

Arriving late may mean a shorter session, charged at the full fee. The therapist's next client is booked straight after yours, so the time cannot be made up at the end.

Cancelling or missing an appointment

Cancellations with less than 3 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are charged at 50% of the treatment fee.

To move an appointment rather than cancel it, call us and we will find another time.
